We custom order directly from the manufacturer with features that our tenants specifically ask for. Amenities include washer and dryer, residential refrigerator, walk around beds, electric awnings, electric fireplaces and large TVs to name a few. Our 150+ unit fleet satisfies the requirements for Transportable Temporary Housing Units (THUs) and Manufactured Housing Units (MHUs) using large luxury travel trailers. We make temporary housing easy by offering a variety of RV floorplan options. Leases range from 30-day rentals to 12-months! We clean, deliver, set-up, level, arrange utility services and support you while staying in our temporary onsite accommodations.
